We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every wheel we sell. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and exchange options:
✅ Return Eligibility:
• Items must be unused, unmounted, and in original packaging
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Custom orders (including custom finishes or fitments) are non-refundable unless defective
? Exchanges:
• If you ordered the wrong size or fitment, we’ll help you exchange for the correct set
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours
? Non-Returnable Items:
• Wheels that have been mounted, damaged, or altered
• Custom-built sets with personalized specs or finishes
• Clearance or final sale items
? Return Process:
1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Once received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
